I was just recently diagnosed with Lupus and I was wondering if anyone out there knows of any positive or negative effects marijuana may have on this disorder? Thanks!!

While there are no studies of cannabis and lupus per se as far as I know, there are certainly anecdotal reports of cannabis relieving lupus symptoms, specifically the pain or lupus related arthritis. Thu, May 3, 2007 - 12:43 PMmy mom had lupus and had to stop working this year it's so bad. she's a vegan and i've been trying to convince her she should try marijuana as a form of therapy. i would be very interested in your experience if you do decide to try it. and good luck. be strong.
